What Are Storage Tokens?
Understand how knowledge data is stored and measured using storage tokens
Storage tokens are used when you upload or sync knowledge data (like product info, documents, URLs, etc.) into your ReComAI workspace.
Each time you sync or train new data, the system uses storage tokens to store and process that content.
Token Ratio
On ReComAI, 1,000 storage tokens ≈ 750 words of training data.
For example:
A product description with 1500 words will use around 2,000 storage tokens.
A document of 3,000 words will use about 4,000 storage tokens.
When Are Tokens Used?
Storage tokens are only used when:
You Train new data (e.g. products, documents).
You sync or update existing data (only if the content has changed).
