AI Terms of Use

AI Functionality

Includes AI Product Recommendations, AI Chatbot, AI Voice Agent, AI Popups, Merchant Analytics Dashboard, Upsell & Cross-Sell Engine, Cart Recovery, AI Product Summarizer, Order Tracking Assistant, Policy-Based AI Responses, and any future AI-powered feature.

Input

means any content, data, responses, recommendations, analytics, or results generated by the AI Functionality in response to or as a result of your Input, including but not limited to product recommendations, chat replies, instant responses, product detail cards, policy-based answers, order tracking details, and analytics insights.

Output

Any recommendations, chat replies, analytics, responses, summaries, tracking details, or AI-generated content produced by ReComAI.

Merchant

means any store owner, business, or organization that installs and uses ReComAI on their eCommerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom platform).

End Customer

means any individual who interacts with the AI Functionality on a Merchant's store, including shoppers who use the chatbot, voice agent, or recommendation widgets.

You

means the Merchant, user, or any individual who accesses or uses the AI Functionality, whether on your own behalf or on behalf of a company or organization.

Tokens

means the AI processing credits allocated to your subscription plan that govern the usage limits of AI Functionality within ReComAI.

3.1 AI Product Recommendations

ReComAI analyzes customer behavior, browsing patterns, purchase history, and product data to deliver personalized product recommendations to shoppers in real time.

3.2 AI Chatbot & Conversational Agent

Merchants can install and configure an AI-powered chatbot on their store. The chatbot responds to customer queries, provides product information, answers policy-related questions, and assists with order tracking — all automatically, without human intervention.

3.3 AI Voice Agent

ReComAI offers an AI Voice Agent feature that enables merchants to provide voice-based customer assistance. The voice agent is powered by artificial intelligence and is not a human. Merchants who enable the AI Voice Agent must clearly inform their customers that they are interacting with an artificial intelligence voice system and not a real human representative.

3.4 AI Popups

Smart AI-powered popups are triggered based on customer behavior to increase engagement, promote offers, and recover abandoned carts.

3.5 Upsell & Cross-Sell Engine

ReComAI's AI identifies opportunities to recommend complementary or higher-value products at the right moment in the customer journey to increase average order value.

3.6 Cart Recovery

ReComAI automatically identifies abandoned carts and triggers intelligent recovery flows to bring customers back to complete their purchase.

3.7 AI Product Summarizer

ReComAI generates concise, accurate product summaries based on the product data and descriptions provided by the merchant.

3.8 Merchant Analytics Dashboard

ReComAI provides merchants with an AI-powered analytics dashboard showing real-time insights, sales trends, customer behavior patterns, and AI performance metrics.

3.9 Order Tracking Assistant

The AI assistant provides customers with real-time order status updates and tracking information based on data available in the merchant's store.

4.1 What You Can Submit as Input

Merchants may provide the following types of Input to train and configure the ReComAI AI Functionality:

• Product data (names, descriptions, prices, categories, images)
• Customer queries and conversation history
• Store policies (shipping, returns, refunds)
• Specific store pages and content
• PDF documents and text files
• Website URLs
• Any other content you choose to provide to configure the AI

4.2 Your Responsibility for Input

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all Input you provide to ReComAI. We are not responsible for any issues that arise from inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate Input.

4.3 Output Usage

You may use the Output generated by ReComAI for lawful business purposes within your store. You are not permitted to:

• Sell, license, or redistribute Output as a standalone product without our prior written consent
• Use Output in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
• Misrepresent AI-generated Output as human-created content in a deceptive manner

4.4 License Grant

By submitting Input to ReComAI, you grant Destinova AI Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, use, and analyze your Input solely for the purpose of providing and improving the AI Functionality and Platform services.

5.1 Creating AI Agents

Merchants can independently install ReComAI and configure AI agents through the dashboard without requiring assistance from ReComAI's team. You are solely responsible for:

• The configuration and behavior of AI agents you create
• The accuracy of information used to train your AI agent
• The experience your customers have when interacting with your AI agent

5.2 AI is Not Human

All AI agents, chatbots, and voice agents powered by ReComAI are artificial intelligence — they are not human. Even where an AI agent has been given a human-sounding name or persona, customers are interacting with AI, not a real person. Merchants are responsible for ensuring their customers understand they are interacting with AI, particularly for voice-based interactions.

5.3 Voice Agent Disclosure

If you enable the AI Voice Agent feature, you must clearly inform customers that:

• They are interacting with an AI voice system
• The voice is generated by artificial intelligence
• They are not speaking with a human representative

Failure to disclose the AI nature of voice interactions may result in suspension of the AI Voice Agent feature on your account.

6.1 Use of OpenAI

ReComAI uses OpenAI as an AI provider to power certain AI Functionality. By using ReComAI, you acknowledge and consent that:

• Your Input and Data may be processed by OpenAI to generate Output
• OpenAI may process this data at locations of their choosing
• We take reasonable measures to protect your data during such processing

6.2 No Control Over Third-Party Providers

ReComAI does not control or operate OpenAI or any other third-party AI provider. We make no representation that third-party AI services will always be available, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

6.3 Data Training

ReComAI will not use your Input or Data to train our own AI models or language models without your explicit consent. However, we make no representation as to whether our AI providers (such as OpenAI) may use data for their own model improvement purposes. We recommend reviewing OpenAI's privacy policy at https://openai.com/privacy for more information.

8.1 How ReComAI Ensures Accuracy

ReComAI's AI Functionality is designed to respond only based on the data and training information provided by the merchant. Specifically:

• The AI will only recommend products that exist in your product catalog
• The AI will only answer questions based on the information it has been trained on
• If information is not available in the merchant's configured data, the AI will not fabricate answers or make assumptions

8.2 Merchant Control

Merchants have full control over AI behavior through the ReComAI dashboard. You can:

• Edit and update AI prompts and response configurations at any time
• Adjust recommendation logic and filters
• Update product data, policies, and training content
• Review and monitor AI performance through the analytics dashboard

8.3 No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we have designed ReComAI to provide accurate and relevant Output, we do not guarantee that:

• All Output will be completely accurate or error-free
• Recommendations will always result in sales or conversions
• AI responses will always meet customer expectations
• You should not rely on AI Output as professional advice of any kind, including medical, legal, or financial advice.

10.1 Token-Based Suspension

If your token allocation is exhausted, the AI bot will pause responses. This is not a termination — your account remains active and all data is preserved.

10.2 Termination for Violations

ReComAI reserves the right to permanently terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You use the platform to sell or promote illegal products or services
• You use the platform in ways that cause harm to customers or third parties
• You engage in any activity that violates these Terms or applicable law
• You attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, or exploit the AI Functionality

10.3 Effect of Termination

• Your access to the ReComAI dashboard and AI Functionality will be immediately revoked
• Your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted
• Any active subscription will be cancelled without refund for the remaining period
