ReComAI allows you to regenerate chatbot prompts using your latest store information. This ensures your chatbot always responds accurately based on updated categories, keywords, and store summary.

Where to Find Store Details
Follow these steps to access and update your store information:
Log in to your ReComAI Dashboard
Open My Settings
Scroll to the Store Details section
This section is created during onboarding and can be updated anytime.

Store Category
Store Category defines the main type of products your store sells.
It helps the AI understand your store’s niche and product focus.
Examples:
Toys & Games
Educational Products
Fashion Accessories
How to Add or Update Store Category
Store Category is managed directly from the input box, similar to Store Keywords.
Steps
Go to My Settings
Find the Store Category section
Click inside the Add new category input field
Type your category name
Press Enter or click Add

Expected Behavior
The category appears immediately as a tag/chip
The category is saved automatically
The updated category is visible instantly
Changes remain saved after page refresh
Validation Rules
Empty category values are not allowed
Duplicate categories are not allowed
Categories can be removed using the (×) icon
Store Summary
What is Store Summary?
Store Summary is a short description (2–3 sentences) of your store.

It acts as the foundation for your chatbot’s tone and understanding.
How Store Summary Works
Generated automatically during onboarding
Displayed fully without being cut or truncated
Used during AI prompt regeneration
Example Store Summary
“This store specializes in educational toys and creative play products for children. It offers safe, non-toxic, and age-appropriate items that support imagination and learning.”
Best Practices
Keep the summary clear and simple
Mention your product type and target audience
Avoid long or complex sentences

What Are Store Keywords?
Store Keywords are important product-related terms.
They guide the AI’s product knowledge and chatbot responses.
How Keywords Are Displayed
Keywords are shown as tags/chips
Each keyword can be removed individually
How to Add Store Keywords
Go to Store Keywords section
Type a keyword in the input field
Press Enter or click Add

When Should You Regenerate Prompts?
After updating store category
After adding or removing keywords
After reviewing or updating store summary
If chatbot responses feel outdated
How to Regenerate Prompts
Update Store Category, Keywords, or Summary
Click Regenerate Prompt
Wait for the AI process to complete

What Happens After Regeneration?
AI regeneration process starts
Existing prompts are fully replaced
Only the following prompts are updated:
Main Prompt
Engagement Prompt
Clarification Prompt
No partial or old prompt data remains.
Regeneration Status & Feedback
Successful Regeneration
A loading indicator is shown
Success message appears:
"Prompts regenerated successfully.”

Regeneration Failure
If the AI service fails or times out:
An error message is displayed
Existing prompts remain unchanged
User can retry prompt regeneration
Data Persistence
All changes are saved automatically
Data remains unchanged after page reload
No data loss occurs

Always regenerate prompts after making changes
Use relevant and meaningful keywords
Avoid duplicate or unnecessary values
